Sew in Style Camper projects

Teaching sewing is one of my favorite things to do. And today was a great day in sewing camp. I have 6 students in my Sew in Style, Sew for your Doll Camp. All finished the Mini Skirt project and we took a picture of the dolls wearing their new skirts. Their skirts are so cute!

We started and some campers finished their Drawstring Backpack projects. One student is an independent sewer. She made this Messenger Bag without any help. She didn’t have any questions for me at all. When she was all done, she exclaimed, “The book made it really easy to know what to do!” Her words made my day! What an amazing Messenger Bag!

The campers all want to make the Sleeping Bag and matching Pillowcase projects next, so that’s what we’ll be working on next.
