We wrapped up our Doll Days Seaside Rendezvous challenge this week. The challenge was to sew with a Doll Days pattern of your choice (for your 18″ dolls) and with the theme “Seaside”–the challenge was a wonderful success. We had some really clever and fun entries. Here’s just a few.

Modern Camp Shorts and Top was made using the bodice from the Vintage Party Dress with Sailor collar (bonus pattern available for free download on side bar)

 

This seamstress got really creative with her top (above)– she made it using the free Sailor Collar Bonus Pattern designed for the Vintage Party Dress, and made it so it could be worn backwards, too.  This is the Sailor Dress bonus pattern add-on that she used:
